Department OverviewMotorola Solutions PeruJob DescriptionThe Services Project Coordinator is responsible for giving support to the Customer Support Managers (CSMs) and Project Managers (PMs) in order to successfully deliver and manage the support contracts.
The position is responsible for the following : Collect and Organize documents from the Turn : overs Pre Sales to Delivery and Support and Post award to SupportReview Contract Opening Form in order to provide project number and open project in Project Management Tool and create project folder in the repository system.
During Order Entry process follow up on booking with OM team,Management of RMAs and order of replacement parts to fulfill contractual responsibilities.
Book contract in Oracle tool (Greenfield).Engage different Motorola groups in order to deliver the services according to each CSP (Customer Support Plan).
Execute maintenance schedule, coordinating customer dates, permits, transportation, and Engineering resourcesCreate POs in Motorola procurement systems and follow up until items are properly delivered.
Request system invoice for system integration and services FOs.Participate in PMSO activities and initiatives.Provide support to the CSMs and PMs in functional tasks like : Coordinate booking, procurement, outsourcing, shipping and logistics processesFinancial reports and forms of the contractsConsolidate project and contract information and reportingInvoicing and billingOther activities that may result as the implementation and fulfillment of contract requiresBasic RequirementsThe ideal employee will also comply with the following : Excellent oral and written skills in Spanish and English.
An B.S. degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade or similar career.Interest in Project Management and Telecommunications industry.
Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work in teams.Able to work under pressure and under a short notice environment.
Understands customer focused philosophy.Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Suite.The employee must demonstrate : Ability to handle and manage emergency and high priority situations.
Compliance with Motorola internal policies and assure project compliance for external / internal mandatory forms and procedures.
