To perform data entry and processing of policyholder’s application / request within authority / access given.
Checking of reports.
Attending to email, counter & telephone enquiries from policyholders, branches & agents relating to policy matters.
Analyse information to make judgement and resolve problem.
Any ad-hoc duties as and when given by Team Lead / Manager.
To ensure consistency in service delivery and transactions are completed in clear and accurate manner within the benchmarks set.
