Reporting to the NPI Quality Manager, the NPI Customer Quality Manager’s role represents the interface with the customer as part of the introduction of new products in series / mass production in terms of quality.

g. : Control Plan, Process Flow for Customer Complaints, Process Flow for DHR, Validation Master Plan, Final Validation Master Plan, PSW etc.
Provides support as part of the Risk Assessment Process Provides support as part of Change Management Process Defines together with the Project teams the Quality related KPIs and targets for the specific project phase Verifies the internal product related documentation (e.
