  • About the role :

    We are currently launching a new product and are looking for a Sales Lead to spearhead the entire sales and marketing efforts across South East Asia.

    The target markets are the higher learning educational sector, and the upskilling / reskilling training centers. The

  • Sales Lead will be responsible for the creation of the entire sales team for the product; the design and implementation of sales strategies and processes;
  • and also the hiring, training and leading of the sales team members.

    Responsibilities :

  • Set up and lead the sales team for the new product;
  • Design and implement sales strategies and tactical approaches to customer acquisition;
  • Design and implement the sales flow and sales processes;
  • Set ambitious but pragmatic sales goals and drive the sales team to achieve them;
  • Design and implement sales training programs for the sales team members;
  • Assist the HR department in hiring the right sales team members;
  • Periodically prepare sales projections and plans; and assist and advise the CEO in all sales related matters for the new product.

    Must-haves :

  • Start-up mentality, eager to learn and grow professionally;
  • Proactive, self-motivated with demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with limited direction;
  • Have past experience leading sales teams;
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, partnerships or equivalent roles;
  • Have past sales experience in the educational sector;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer and stakeholder needs;
  • Excellent command of the English language, oral and written;
  • Excellent negotiation skills;
  • Highly competitive and have a strong inner drive to win;
  • Nice-to-haves :

  • Have past working experience in high-growth, SaaS companies;
  • Have experience in starting a startup or a team from scratch;
  • Familiarity and passion towards Blockchain technology;
  • Have past working experience selling to the higher learning educational sector and / or upskilling / reskilling training centers.
