Position Summary :

As an Inside Sales Representative you will conduct outbound sales campaigns selling Ivanti’s portfolio.

You will generate prospective opportunities through calling into 116 named accounts as well as and qualifying and following up with sales leads from other sources.

Sales can be made through multi-channel, inbound and / or outbound sales activities. This will involve building and developing relationships within assigned accounts and identifying new prospects for the company’s solutions.

In addition to selling products, this role is also responsible for selling and leveraging service offerings to address customer needs.

The Inside Sales organization operates and teams with sales development and field sales as part of an integrated selling model across the organization.


  • Sell the company’s products, systems and services via telephone or electronic means to customers in assigned territory or accounts.
  • Meet or exceed identified sales targets, while exceeding company standards for activity metrics (phone, contact, and pipeline generation) and documentation of customer interactions.
  • Focus on acquiring new customers and retaining and growing an existing installed base of customers.
  • Generate new opportunities through cold calling and qualify and follow up with sales leads.
  • Develop and close strategic revenue opportunities within assigned territory.
  • Coordinate closely with sales development and territory manager teammates in order to manage and develop your assigned territory, to maximize results and avoid conflict.

    Required Skills and Experience :

  • Proven track record of driving multiple concurrent sales cycles and exceeding sales quotas
  • Ability to articulate the sales process and territory management process.
  • Passion for in-depth technical knowledge of products, systems and services.
  • Motivation to expand personal and professional knowledge of product and sales skills.
  • Able to build and nurture strong collaborative relationships with territory and account team members.
