THE CHALLENGE

Gearing up for the next growth stage, Janio islooking for a Customer Service Lead to join our Operations team. As a CustomerService Lead, you will be responsible for attending to customer enquiries andensuring that customers are satisfied with our service.

THE ROLE

The Customer Service Lead will handle theoverall customer service issues and some administrative duties. This includesmanaging customer queries and escalating complaints across to management andother stakeholders.

The role will report to the Country Manager, Thailand and work closely with the relevantstakeholders like service partners and other departments to ensure the smoothrunning of the warehouse.

A successful candidate will :

To act as our first contact point andresponding promptly to customer inquiries

Provide exceptional customer serviceto clients and acknowledge the inquiries on a timely manner.

Resolving customer and carrierproblems

Provide shipment quotes forcustomers and set up shipments as required by existing customers and walk-inone-time cash ad hoc inquiries.

Monitor daily report and follow upon any shipment which has delays or issues to update clients

Help manage customer accounts.

Responsible for the reception deskin the office

Handle inbound and outbound phonecalls.

Assist Finance for the daily cashcollection payment follow up from customers

Carry out administrative duties andother tasks assigned by the company

THEREQUIREMENTS

Minimum 1 year working experience incustomer service in the logistics or courier industry

Logistics experience is preferred

Fluent in English and Thai

Communication skills to liaise withrelevant stakeholders

Working knowledge of MicrosoftOffice, Word and Excel
