REQUIREMENTS
Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying.
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience as quantity surveyor.
Good knowledge in pre-contract & post contract process.
Good knowledge in quantity take-off.
Knowledge in current market.
Willing to be stationed in various project site & travel.
Skilled in software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Auto-Cad, Cubic Cost and etc.
LIST OF TASK / RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparation of cost feasibilities, approximate estimates, cost planning, Bills of Quantities, Specifications and Schedule of Rates all in accordance with relevant standards.
Preparation and administration of procurement advice, tenders, tender reviews and advice.
Preparation and administration of various contract forms to both consultant and contractors.
Assisting in preparation and administration of Interim valuations, Contractors’ claims and settlement of Final Accounts.
Assisting in the preparation of effective change control during the pre-contract stages and post contract stages.
Taking off quantities and preparation of tender documents.
Carry out site visits / inspections / valuations.
Update and compile cost data and cost analysis.
Reviewing the cost information prepared by senior staff and identifying any errors for correction.
Other related duties as assigned by superior.
