Youll assist with meetings, preparing minutes, preparing and distribution of reports. Youll add value to our team by helping with documentation control, tracking of comments through the review process our multiple projects.
Also, youll also be responsible for the coordination of information and documentation between the Construction Manager at Risk-CMR, Chicago Department of Aviation-CDA and the various Design Section Engineer-DSEs and stakeholders.

The position will be as part of a joint venture team and the selected candidate will be hired by one of the JV partners.
Qualifications Heres What Youll Need Bachelors degree in engineering / architecture or another technical field At least 2 years of experience.
Demonstrated experience assisting Project Managers Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and organizational skills.
