REQUIREMENTS :
CANDIDATE MUST BE A DEGREE HOLDER & WILLING TO REGISTER UNDER PROTEGE PROGRAM.
Degree in Supply Chain or Procurement related field.
Computer skills including the ability to operate word and excel and email at a highly proficient level .
Analytical and problem solving skills.
Effective written and communications skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to plan and work independently.
BASIC FUNCTION :
To assist procurement manager to forecast, plan, follow up, liaise and procurement of various range of products. To take care of distribution and logistic matters related to the procurement.
To ensure the compliance to Good Distribution Practice.
JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITY :
A. Procurement :
To forecast, plan, coordinate and procure pharmaceuticals to meet the inventory requirements for regular and ad-hoc orders.
Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standard, lead time, prompt delivery and best prices.
Responsible for the continues improvement of procurement processes
Maintain good relationship with suppliers and service providers.
B. Distribution and delivery
Learn the requirement of complying to Good Distribution Practice.
Update of shipment status.
Enter in coming shipment into system.
C. Logistic
Manage of inbound logistic providers.
Coordinate and liaise with Custom officers / logistic service providers on clearance matters.
D. Legislation and System related.
Update of Good Distribution Practice SOP when applicable.
Maintenance of item master.
Update of import permits related matters.
E. Others
Willingness to multi-tasking and accept work that company may assign when necessary.
