In this role, you will lead the creating content for customer intelligence, and manage programs for customer engagement, and , and growth.
You must possess a blend of business and technical skills, have a big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality with extreme attention to detail.
This role requires working leading efforts to gather critical customer insights through self-driven research, Customer Advisory Board or partnering with customer success, marketing, and sales.

Responsibilities Customer Intelligence Lead designing and conducting of interviews with customers, sales, CS, partner, and others involved in a deal cycle from discovery to close to go live and expansion Create customer stories, case studies with full details of customer journey with insights on discovery, evaluation criteria, win / loss and competitive insights Create and manage a repository of customer deck for top customers that can be accessed internally by various teams Create, manage and refresh customer case studies on websites with rich content on problem / solution / benefits and interviews.
Actively engage with sales team in sales cycles, win-loss analysis; CS teams on go-live stories, and partner teams on joint customer stories Actively share latest updates on customer intelligence vis-a-vis stories, lessons learned with the Sales / Partner / CS teams to influence deals and success of customers Run and grow CAB community by building relationships, and communication programs Product positioning and messaging Deliver differentiated positioning for Workatos Enterprise Automation Platform product externally on our website, creating content (written, video) for blog, social channels, and for internal teams Create case studies, customer testimonial videos and other content that can be used as assets for sales enablement, and customer reference Provide guidance, and raw content for the marketing and sales team in driving the creation of necessary collateral, promotions, training, and tools to drive growth and efficiency.
Develop and build strong internal and external relationships with product, marketing, sales, customer success, and partnerships leaders for driving growth Requirements What will make you successful Strong experience in developing effective, customer-backed product messaging, positioning Strong technical background with knowledge and understanding of integration, automation and Enterprise SaaS products Proven ability to understand complex concepts, and develop simple to understand messaging for customers, and internal stakeholders Demonstrated influence on product strategy and go-to-market programs based on market research and insights Demonstrated empathy for the customer, gaining customer insights by way of research and testing and translating insights into successful execution Experience testing marketing hypotheses in market and iterating on learnings to amplify results Best in class analytical ability, with track record of test & learn mindset Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and simply MBA preferred Why Workato?
