Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supervising, coordinating and participating in the preparation of hot and / or cold food within the assigned kitchen.
  • Ensuring that the quality of work conforms with the standards set by the Chef de Cuisine of the restaurant.
  • Ensure all Health and Safety standards and policies are followed correctly
  • Assists with the transportation of the food items when assigned.
  • Requirements & Qualifications :

  • Culinary school or relevant education background
  • Working experience in kitchen for 1 year
  • Has a passion for Food & Beverage
  • Enjoys interacting with people
  • Enjoys being challenged
  • Committed to serving food of the highest quality
  • A self-starter and a teamplayer
  • Willing to work shifts
