  • A sound degree in Business Administration / Engineering / Finance / Accounting or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial sales or contract management
  • Good in contract reviews and customer negotiations
  • Experience in business cases preparation and market data analysis
  • Strong experience in Finance Controlling
  • Flexible Thinking and Welcomer of Changes

  • Your responsibilities

  • Presents, support and brief line management on the strategy to use for the achievement of the project in all stages and matters of the project, including technical, cost calculation and legal challenges.
  • Relationship builder with key customers such developers, independent power producers (IPPs) and government entities.
  • Lead contracts negotiations from first customer contact to booking of the new order, including project handover to execution team.
  • Responsible to compliance with HQ’s level of approvals for any negotiation in progress.
  • Facilitator for technical, proposal and legal counterparts on commercial affairs related to open bids.
  • Profit and Cash Flow point of contact for the calculation on any bid or contract in negotiation.
  • Responsible to support Sales Team on the calculation of the payment terms tool
  • Supporting Sales Team on indicative price calculations based on costs.
  • Managing profit calculation and costs acquiescence of firm bids.
  • Oversees open bids forecast, ensuring its reporting and controlling to all internal parties involved.
