To ensure positive development of adidas brand image, sustainable and profitable business through adequate Trade / DTC Marketing planning and execution at the Point of Sales (POS).
Define, Manage and Implement all aspects of best-practice trade in expertise and people management.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the implementation of agreed priority activities with the DTC team and performance measurement of the results via Scorecards / KPI measurement.
Develop and steer the implementation of integrated marketing packages for specific needs. through brand marketing activities.
Align with the brand Team regarding specific marketing plans and their execution.
Develop the trade marketing plans and lead the execution of it for the market including the development of activation plans for the different store formats.
Ensure brand presence and sell-through at POS by connecting strategic channel plans with Brand objectives.
Manages the allocated working budget and Monitor marketing investments for the DTC channel and ensure healthy ROI ratio.
Key contact person for Retail / eCom activation to ensure alignment and best usage of resources.
Balance brand and category message against channel-specific requirements.
Manage the development of additional account-specific sell-in tools when needed.
Coach and Train the Retail marketing team.
Coordinate Marketing tasks of space management initiatives.
Manage the development of additional specific sell-in tools when needed.
Analysis of the competitive and customer's position in the market.
Requisites and Experience :
At least 6 years years of work experience.
At least 3 years in similar roles
Experience managing work teams.
