Provide end user technical support, driven by Service desk KPI’s and SLA response times, maximising user
Improve end user and internal service desk knowledge base by identifying gaps through ticket and KPI analysis.
As part of the global support team, there will be shifts across the period of 0600-00 : 00 MYT / PHST.
Bachelor degree in an IT related field
Microsoft foundation or higher certifications ; .
Strong preference for candidates with an ability to speak business English and Mandarin.
