Purpose :

Executes all visual merchandising activities related to marketing programs at the POS.

Key Accountabilities :

Develop and Execute VM guidelines x-channel according to the Brand Activation calendar to enhance our brand experience and align with LAM executions (for owns retail stores & department stores)

Support new POS openings or remodelings to ensure flawless execution of brand image

  • Data and KPI analysis for the space management strategy, consumer journey and POS rentability per square meter
  • Provide execution guidance and Visual Merchandising material for Distributors

    Visual Merchandising Training for the Trainers and Store employees

  • Project Management as requiered
  • Knowledge Skills and Abilities :

    University degree

    Minimum 3 years experience in similar positions

    User experience on design softwares (sketchup, autocad or similar)

    Advanced english
