Primary Responsibilities Center Marketing Project Management In partnership with the Flex Operations Lead, develop flex center marketing plans, to include marketing strategy, marketing channels, budget, timeline and resource delivery plan to align with flex center objectives Interview, select and manage appropriate partners and creative and marketing agencies to support marketing asset development and digital marketing Manage partners and creative agencies to create all print and digital assets required to execute marketing plan (i.

e. digital ads, brochures, email templates, websites, renderings, virtual tools, etc.) Provide art and content direction to ensure compelling content and marketing assets for the demand generation that will lead to maximum enquires for the flex center Setup aggregator listing sites with center information Create and support initial marketing plans for local area, to be carried out by Center Staff Work with landlord to plan building outreach plan to be carried out by Center Staff Lead initial broker outreach (internal and external) to generate inquiries Support new flex center launches and project manage all launch events and promotions in partnership with Center Staff (i.

e. broker open house, grand opening, etc.) Manage professional photography and videography of the space once open Present center marketing strategies, plans and ideas internally to the JLL Flex leadership to garner feedback / support and to clients to secure feedback / approval Center Marketing Performance Management Create, implement and track all budgets and expenses for flex center marketing Evaluate performance of each marketing channel, report on percentage of qualified and converted leads, determine how to optimize each marketing channel and shift budget where necessary Manage creative agencies and partners to refresh content create and approve new ads, or refresh other marketing collateral (i.

  • e. brochures, website, etc.) as needed Work closely with digital agencies to ensure monthly spend is allocated correctly for digital ads and how to continue to gain qualified leads Manage monthly review of local area marketing, provide feedback where necessary and plan for new and innovative ways to engage the community and drive more local leads Manage monthly refresh of aggregator listings based on changing availability and pricing of flex products Create and manage special promotions, broker commission incentives and client loyalty and referral program to support lead generation when sales decline Manage engagement with landlord to continually improve building outreach strategies carried out by Center Team Center Marketing Excellence Support team-wide / corporate marketing initiatives that are integral to flex team success Develop and maintain a portfolio of best-in-class marketing deliverables to share with clients, prospective clients, and other teams within JLL Requirements Education / training Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, English or related field Years of relevant experience 10 years of marketing experience;
  • flexible space, coworking and / or commercial real estate experience preferred Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Experience in SharePoint or other knowledge management and cloud sharing platforms Weebly or other web design platforms Experience working with marketing automation tools, Eloqua preferred General Outstanding project management and situational leadership skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience translating business needs / challenges into marketing solutions Positive, can-do attitude in the face of complication or adversity Ability to ignite and build strong interpersonal relationships with individuals at all levels within the organization and across external agencies Assertive and deadline oriented Comfortable and confident in conducting client presentations Commitment to details and sound sense of graphic design Ability to work in a team environment and juggle multiple projects simultaneously Creative, "big picture thinker Budget management skills
