What you will do As the Senior Manager, RAQAC Project Management Office, you will lead the global Regulatory, Quality and Clinical Affairs (RAQAC) Project Management Office team to achieve business goals and objectives by providing leadership, organization and coordination for enterprise projects led by the RAQAC organization.
Oversee the RAQAC PMO teams based out of Redmond and Belfast to support enterprise projects. Communicate and drive the overall PMO vision, goals and achievements on an ongoing basis.
Develop, implement and maintain a strategic plan for the portfolio of projects. Foster and develops a team community that allows for effective sharing of information and collaboration pertaining to the project portfolio.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver value to the business through opportunity identification, solution delivery and ongoing support.
Provide ongoing project status to leadership, including divisional and / or corporate. Define targets, KPIs, performance objectives, etc.
for individuals within functional role, and manage direct reports to meet or exceed these targets. Participate in the divisional and corporate PMO forums for the development of methods and techniques for projects, programs, and people.
Develop talent within team to increase performance. Maintain a high level of team engagement. What you need A Bachelors Degree (B.
S or B.A) in a science, technical or related discipline required. A Masters or other advanced degree preferred. A PgMP Certification preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in overall demonstrated project management experience or experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, and / or healthcare industries required.
Previous experience in hiring, recruiting, people development and managing a team of direct reports required. Demonstrated knowledge and application of regulatory requirements, including ISO, FDA, and International requirements preferred.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills required. Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority, and to utilize negotiation skills to drive to win-win solutions.
Demonstrated written, verbal, listening, communication, and team-building skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with and lead cross-functional teams.
