Title : Sales Operations Analyst

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to create, manage, and prioritize new requirements related to CRM and other Sales related applications
  • Partner with IT to groom business requirements for development
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing activities for new business functionality
  • Develop or update functional level business processes
  • Perform regular needs assessments to ensure documentation and materials are aligned to changing processes and system enhancements
  • Coordinate with Sales Enablement on system enhancement training
  • Identify areas for improvements in support of process, tools, and technology
  • Experience Required

  • 5+ years working with Salesforce CRM certified admin a plus
  • 2+ years working with Salesforce CPQ (preferred)
  • Experience in Lead-to-Cash process design and related outcomes
  • Understanding of Agile development methodology Product Owner and / or Scrum Master Certification a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to achieve organizational and corporate initiatives
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) skills with experience presenting to senior leaders
