Lead Peru & Bolivia end user sales team, their development and involvement in the business
Clearly understands Peru market, customers locations, challenges and areas of opportunities
Be able to articulate business decisions based in Peru market knowledge
In depth knowledge of market access companies (Precision, OEMs and SI)
Meet quota in the assigned accounts in each BU and business segment
Help account managers develop strategies and execution plans to meet individual quotas by building value propositions for implementers, managers and executives
Support BSR and align to its strategies and execution plans
In accordance with BSR, build account plans for key accounts and ensure appropriate execution
In accordance with company strategy, ensure appropriate focus on software, ARR and new acquisitions
Work in coordination with Ch&T manager to regularly communicate with peers at distributors to ensure consistency, share goals and execute plans as a team
Work in coordination with other EU managers to foster experience sharing
Be able to early identify ASE performing below expectations and act accordingly
Prepare forecasts, monthly outlooks and ensure account managers commit to closing promised opportunities
Be prepare to present SC results to VP levels
