Customer Experience Coordinator is our travelers first impression and is in charge of all day-to-day operations and assistance with our travelers.

The main objective is to support our travelers on daily basis with any special requirement so the tour runs smoothly. The Customer Experience Coordinator will be responsible for the client experience from the time they reach Cusco and will continue long after passengers depart the country.

This position will interact with multiple departments from the office. There are many specific requirements for this position that may not be listed here.


  • Assist travelers during their transfers upon arrival and departure.
  • Attend customers in hotels and Customer Service office desk to offer extra services and assistance.
  • Ensure all documentation is being provided to our hotel suppliers on time.
  • Prepare briefings with all proper documentation and information for independent and leaderless groups.
  • Review all travelers details to ensure all permits and tickets are correct.
  • Prepare rental formats and coordinate full procedure with rest of departments (receive payment, communicate information to warehouse and complete documents for the finance team).
  • Provide assistance to all travelers evacuated from our treks or any emergency and follow up while traveler remains in Cusco.
  • Ensure that all daily operations (including transportation and accommodation) are confirmed and running smoothly.
  • Report and communicate incidents to Customer Service Manager / Specialist.
  • Use of internal property management system to have up to date information about travelers and specific tours.

  • High knowledge of Peru region, specially Cusco.
  • Ability to organize and multitask.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience working in Tourism.
  • Strong and effective communicator, good listener, patient and compassionate.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends and be available in emergency situations (including emergency phone on rotation).
  • Advanced level of English and Spanish written and verbal.
