Translate the global distribution vision and initiatives to local strategy to achieve and exceed objectives.·Look for potential distributor candidates, set profile and entry level, standardize distributor review process, and issue commercial policy including legal contract, right & duty.
Collect and manage distributor business operation information to make sure any channel strategy is valid and effective.·Initiate distributor incentive program such as integrated annual rebate, product promotion, customer seminar sponsorship.
Develop and implement the distributor performance assessment process.·Assist BLM s to develop product and pricing strategy.
Work together with sales team to provide Atlas Copco products throughout the defined distribution channel.
Execute marketing and sale actions to introduce products and reinforce the commercial channels.
At least 5 years’ experience on direct and indirect sales.·Background in sales and marketing.·Customer relationship building experience.
Strategic thinking to identify the potential needs and formulate Vision to concrete action plans.·Proficient in Spanish and English language, both written and spoken.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical Engineer, Mechanical Fluid Engineer, Industrial Engineer or related.Marketing or sales studies.
