Account management & implementationsupervision

Co-ordinates CWT work performed at national level(according to the specific configuration of services, i.e. BTC, implants, etc.

in order to meet both client(s)’expectations and needs and CWT financialsuccess.

Works closely with the country-based operations tofacilitate the implementation of the client’s agreement. Organises any specificTraining / communication programme for CWT agents to let them know how to dealwith their clients (travel policy, individual profiles ).

Ensures thatpromises on which it was agreed with the client are delivered in time and inline with both CWT quality standards and clients expectations.

Refers tohis / her direct report in case of internal conflict of interests.

  • Meets the client on a regular basis ( Partnershipreview ) to present the results achieved in term of savings & services;
  • underlines the benefits CWT brings in. May help them to make their Travelpolicy understandable internally to ensure employees’ compliance with it.

    Financial responsibility

    Is responsible for the profitability of his / heraccounts. Proposes any change regarding the financial agreement (rebates,management or transaction fees) and improves the terms of payment.

    Corporate experience

    GDS - Sabre and other (desirable)

    Microsoft Office

    English 85%, advanced level desirable

    Experience in Market Analytics
