The Accounts Payable Assistant is a fundamental support piece in the Accounts Payable team to ensure deliver correct and on time payments status.
Analytic capacity and attention to details are key to succeed in this position.
Receive, check and classify the invoices from the suppliers according to out internal processes.
Responsible of the analysis and conciliation of the invoices according with the info provided by the Operations team.
File documents (accounting, documents) in an appropriate way to be used in internal auditories and external users in the event of a supervision.
Support in the data build of cash flow payed to suppliers with prepaid contracts.
Constant communication with the Accounts Payable Clerks in the headquarters office.
Analice and keep track of the inconsistencies found in the invoices from the suppliers or the Operations team.
1 year experience as Intern or Assistant performing similar functions.
Technical degree or bachelor degree in administration or tourism.
Proficiency in intermediate Microsoft Excel level.
Proficiency in Intermediate English level.
Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with suppliers and internal clients.
Ability of work independently with initiative and proactivity.
Ability and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
