We’re looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to help effectively deliver the EPCM contract for a large Copper project in Peru.
This role would suit someone seeking to be part of the leadership team for this flagship project.
Key Responsibilities of the Role :
Provide safety leadership.
Accountability for progress measurement, contractor management, management of interfaces and dealing with issues within the contract (with support from appropriate Ausenco departments).
Communication with Ausenco management (verbal and written) on progress, performance, status, issues, commercial matters.
Verification and documentation of contractors progress and authorization of claims / changes (with appropriate reference to other Ausenco personnel).
Skills, Qualifications and Experience :
5+ years relevant industry EPCM experience
Site supervision of work across multiple disciplines but especially earthworks and civils.
Comprehensive experience in the construction processes, with a detailed understanding of how this must be achieved within the requirements of a specific contract.
Coordination between sub-contractors and all site authorities including : safety, quality, administration, project controls.
Delivery of works-performance, reporting on progress / status and trouble-shooting issues.
